The Wellness Movement weight loss classes have been created by myself and a fellow nutritional therapist, Eva Humpries, who will be running a parallel group in Nottingham.

Why the Wellness Movement?

As women, we’ve done our fair share of dieting and seen countless numbers of our friends undertake them too… They work for a while, and then the inevitable rebound occurs.

As nutritional therapists, we want to uncover the root cause of weight gain, and through a fun 12-week programme, show you how to curb those food cravings and inspire you to reach for the nutrients that your body actually needs.

The best part is that you’ll be supported during your journey by a lovely group of like-minded individuals… and me… obviously!
