How to Whitelist My Emails
Follow this quick guide to ensure you don’t miss an email:
Gmail:
Find an email from me… jodie@jodiebrandman.com (sender will be Jodie Brandman Nutrition )… in your inbox.
Drag this email into the “primary” tab in your inbox.
My emails will now go to your primary folder in the future! Woohoo!
Yahoo:
When opening an email message, a “+” symbol should display next to: “From: sender’s name”.
Select this symbol and an “add to contacts” pop-up will appear. Select “save” and you you’ll always see my emails!
Mac Mail:
Select “Mail” and “Preferences” from the top menu.
In the “Preferences” window click the “Rules” icon.
Click the “Add Rule” button.
In the “Rules” window type a name for your rule in the “Description” field.
Use the following settings: “If any of the following conditions are met: From Contains.”
Type my email address, (jodie@jodiebrandman.com) in the text field beside “Contains.”
Select “Move Message” and “Inbox” from the drop-down menus.
Click “Ok” to save the rule.
Outlook 2003 & Later:
Right-click on jodie@jodiebrandman.com in your inbox.
Select “Junk E-mail” from the menu.
Click “Add Sender to Safe Senders List.”
Hotmail:
Login to your Hotmail, go to Setting top right page, expand it and click on More Mail Settings.
Click on Safe and blocked senders.
- Click Safe Senders.
- Insert the email address you want to whitelist , then click “Add to list”
- Email address has been whitelisted and will skip spam check by Hotmail
